Loaded baked potato soup is up next, but this one is on my radar for after.

Snowed here (west coast) and knocked the power out a couple days. It’s back on now, so soups on!
I used corn starch instead of flour. I also used gluten free ravioli and gnocchi instead of tortellini. I added some seasoning salt, celery salt, extra garlic, red pepper flakes, and a little bit of cinnamon!
I’m in the same boat!! We got snow today after being in the 70s Saturday, and my famous soup is simmering as we speak. Hopefully it turns out as well as this looks!
