Vegan Pineapple Salad in just 5 Minutes

Just a quick recipe for those who have a busy schedule and also it helps in weight loss and gain nutrition. You can have this gluten free vegan pineapple salad as your breakfast or wrap it in your favorite tortillas and can have it your lunch too.. Make sure you use ripped pineapple to have the optimum flavor…

 

The things needed

 

Pineapple 100g

Cucumber 100g

Carrot 100g

Tomatoes 100g

Baby Mushroom 50g

Onion 100g

Things needed to make the sauce

 

Mustard (ground) 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Vinegar 1 table spoon

Olive oil 4 table spoon

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

LET’S SEE HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE SALAD IN 5 MINUTES

Wash the cucumber peel the skin and cut into small cubes also cut the carrot and tomatoes in same size..and fry the Baby Mushroom for 2 minutes

Cut the pineapple into small cubes put all together in a bowl and keep it aside.

Now let see how to make the sauce, take a small bowl and add sugar, mustard, pepper and salt and then add 1/4 tsp of vinegar into it and mix well then gradually add the oil and give it a mix then add the remaining vinegar and then the sauce is ready.

Pour the sauce into the salad mix it..
