  1. Another tip for this, marinate the chicken breasts or chicken thighs (I found thighs give it more flavor) in Italian dressing overnight. Also, instead of using plain diced tomatoes, use the diced tomatoes that have basil oregano and garlic in them. Totally kicks it up a few notches.

  2. Question – did you use reduced sodium broth or tomatoes, and did you go with cream or half and half? I made this yesterday too but tried to limit the sodium and I didn’t love it. I’m wondering if that’s why.
