This is VERY good but do NOT add any salt until after you taste the finished product. It’s super salty just with the original ingredients!

I use the light version of the dressing and light cream cheese when making this (i add peas just before its done as well). Tastes just as good as the full fat version with some veggies.
That looks yummy, but that’s not something you can actually eat at the Olive Garden 😂
Edit: downvote all you want, I worked there in the kitchen for 19 years. No recipe contains cream cheese, the chicken is grilled, Italian dressing is only used on salads.

This seems pretty straightforward. Does anyone have any recommendations for something to sub the cream cheese with? Would it still be good without it? I don’t like cream cheese.

I’m in the UK, anyone know of a decent replacement for the Italian dressing?
Also if I tub it up how long would it keep in a fridge? This seems like a good thing to meal prep for lunches but not sure if I’d eat the full thing in time
