  1. Here’s the recipe so it doesn’t get removed. I did everything here except I just used the brine of the peppers.

    1 Beef Roast, 3-4 lb. (1.4-1.8 kg)

    1 package of dry Ranch Dressing mix (1 oz, 28 g)

    1 package of dry au Jus gravy mix (1 oz, 28 g)

    1 stick of butter (1/2 cup, 4 oz, 113 g)

    5-10 pepperoncini peppers

    Preparation

    Place roast in slow cooker

    Empty packages of dry Ranch dressing and au Jus on top of the roast

    Place stick of butter on top

    Place pepperoncini around the roast and on top

    Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours
