I used /u/ladythundersnow recipe. Cut out the stock, added a Mexican coke and didn’t put the fruit in to cook.
Tacos have a mango cilantro salsa and a avocado, cilantro, lime, and seranno pepper crema.
Cuban has the pork, Black Forrest ham with queso fresco melted on it, a smear of the crema from the tacos, fresh cilantro, and pickles.
It was all amazing and we will most likely make it again at some point.
Hell yeah dude! I ALWAYS make Cubans with my leftovers (as long as there ARE leftovers).
