I’ve never dipped a samosa in ketchup before. Am I missing something? It’s probably not too different from the tamarind chutney it usually comes with.
If filled in with a dash of veggies, nothing is needed to side it with
I asked my local samosa guy what the green sauce is called and he told me “green sauce”.
Filling also include chicken, beef and at times sweet filling also if you are feeling adventurous.
