Help with Christmas gift slow-cooker comparison
Hello, slow cooker connoisseurs! I am buying a slow cooker for my mother for Christmas, and have two in mind that I can buy locally. We are a 4-person very busy family and always like to have leftovers that we can freeze etc. Could anyone help me out with the best of these three options?

I actually love my slow cooker because it is WiFi enabled. I can put food in it and start/stop/change settings remotely. I have even started it while I was at work. This is the one I have, and I’m sure you can find it many places: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IPEO02C/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_7QW7694QECNFPDB32TQY.
Russell Hobbs would be my choice over the others. Also check out consumer reports as they like to test appliances.
I’ve never seen a slow cooker with a metal/ aluminum insert like the Russell Hobbs one. They highlight how you can use the aluminum insert on your cooktop to sear meats and then put it right into the base saving on dishes and prep.
The ceramic inserts are fabulous (and the only type I’ve ever used) and pretty easy to clean but can be heavy so if I had the option I would try the Russell Hobbs. Maybe also check out some online reviews to see what ppl who bought each one have to say; I usually find those helpful.
I’m sure mom will love whichever one you choose.
