It’s hard to go back to regular pot roast after you have Mississippi pot roast! Enjoy!
If you like these peppers, do yourself a favor and use the sliced ones. I use nearly a whole jar with a bit of the juice! You can also do this with nearly any meat. I’ve done it with chicken, pork, beef, and deer! I do a Mississippi slow cook of some sort about every other week!

3 lb chuck roast
1 packet of ranch mix
1 packet of au jus mix
1/4 cup of butter
5-7 pepperoncini
butter and toast some ciabatta bread for great sammies!

Add like 1/3-1/2 cup of the pepperoncini juice 👌🏻
Skip the butter! Your heart will thank you.
