Pineapple mojito is always a refreshing drink with tropical flavor. You might have tried pineapple mojito at restaurants, but now you can make your own fresh pineapple mojito at home with few ingredients.
All you need is
2 chunk pineapple
2 wedges lime
2-3 mint leaves
1 1/2-ounce barbican (malt flavor)
1 1/2-ounce pineapple syrup
Ice cubes

WATCH HOW TO MAKE FRESH PINEAPPLE MOJITO
First of all will see how to make pineapple syrup. Take 1 cup pineapple chopped and 2 table spoon sugar or more as required finally add 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove it from the cooker and let it cool down then refrigerate until ready to use.
Now let’s see how to make mojitos. Take a tall glass and add the mint leaves and muddle it using a muddler in order to release its flavor. Then add lime and then goes in the pineapple chunks.
Then add pineapple syrup and barbican, give it a stir and finally add ice cubes and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and mint leaves.
