How long do you have to run it?
Also, I heated the bun with the roast and it’s like fresh bread.
Hot logic mini does the same thing put you can keep it in the tuperware.
Cool! Wouldn’t work with any food? Does it have to be stuff made in slow cooker?
EDIT-sorry if that’s a dumb question, lol! I just don’t know why it would have to be slow cooked to be kept warm in this.
I have one of these in my office. All I need to do is bring a can of soup from home, dump it in the container, and plug it in. My soup is pipping hot by lunch time!
If you buy the smaller round, I think 2 cup glad containers, you can freeze leftovers. Then grab it in the morning, let it defrost a bit then pop it in there to warm up. I bulk make soup and freeze it this way just for it.

I’ve toyed with the idea of one of these before. But I never have to fight for microwave time at work, so don’t see the advantage?

How does this work with the whole safe reheating temperate thing?
I have one of these because I have celiac & the more I can avoid shared lunch room spaces, the better, but it’s also awesome for keeping food warm for a while because I often get interrupted during lunch & come back to sad cold food. The warmer means I can eat whenever I get 15 minutes to myself.
I use mine pretty frequently. I’ve found that if you put leftover rice on top of whatever you are heating up, it will also steam the rice and it will be like it’s fresh.
I have 3 of these and love them! Towards black Friday they often have good sales. They just plug in, no smells and a few hours later you get a hot lunch. It does not cook the food just heats and holds it.
I ever go back in to the office, i am definitely getting me one of these!
I’ve thought about looking around for something like this that can be powered off the cigarette lighter in my work truck.
Huh! Is a genius little device. How is it powered? Hopefully a rechargeable battery?

I use this for all leftovers to take to work. Tastes so much better reheated this way. One of my fav products.
Story time. When the pandemic first happened, my ship started to quarantine everyone in hotels. When the first parts of the crew got put into hotels they were saying that the staff removed all coffee makers and microwaves leaving everyone with no way to heat up anything. When it was my turn I remembered that I had a hand me down mini crockpot like this stowed away. I brought this bad boy with me and it was a genuine life saver. It heats up water to a sufficient temp for basic coffee pour overs and can even fry spam.
I spent 18 days in the hotel. They only provided us one can of cold coffee in the morning which was disappointing. This crockpot was small enough to pack and keep me caffeinated and sane for my quarantine.
My wife got me one of these a few years ago it’s great but I rarely use it due to WFH
I have a Travelisimo portable lunch box, it has a two prong plug for the office and cigarette lighter power cord as well. I use it when I’m going camping, put something in it so when we get setup we have something warm to put in our bellys.
I used to take it to work, but I got transitioned to work from home…
Isn’t this just like….a slow cooker without most of the features?

there will inevitably be a group of people that will come warn you about food danger zones and tell you you should DEFINITELY NOT do this.
My wife has this and its one of her favorite work-lunch related things.
We have this and we use it for holidays and tailgating as well; great for keeping sauces or other small sides/condiments warm for buffet-style events.
I have 1 of these in my travel tote box (still haven’t used it.) Does it work well?
I have the exact same one and I LOVE IT! You also don’t have to use the nasty shared microwave in your workplace.
