Then add 3/4 tin of condensed milk gradually and mix everything until they combine well and form a non-sticky dough.
(don’t add whole tin of condensed milk at once, sometimes you’ll need only 1/2 tin of condensed milk or more.. That depends on the other 2 ingredients.
So always add condensed milk little by little as required to get the correct consistency
And also if you like to make different colored snowballs, you you can add any food color of your choice during this process)
