Coconut Mango And Oats Smoothie – Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
When you are in a hurry Smoothies comes in handy I saw this Taiwan mango in the market and liked it so I brought it over. To me it is good but my kids who enjoyed Indian Mango to the fullest in this season didn’t like it … So I didn’t have to share the mango with anyone. I tried this mango smoothie it was really filling and tasty.
Mango – 3/4 cup
Oats – 2 tablespoon
Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar as required (My mango is sweet so I didn’t add)
Coconut water – 1/2 cup
* Cook the oats in the microwave. Keep it aside. Let it cool down
* Add Mango, Coconut milk, and grind to a smooth paste. Coconut water and sugar (if using) Whip again.
* Serve chilled
